All are welcome to join Port Phillip BUG on a community bike ride to visit 10 Aboriginal sites of significance. The 18km ride will be a mix of on-road and shared path riding and will travel through Balaclava, Elwood, South Melbourne, Albert Park and Port Melbourne. The key focus of this ride is to visit 10 interpretive signs which were installed in 2016 during Reconciliation Week, to recognise and celebrate the continuing culture of the local Boon Wurrung people. The signs include information about significant Aboriginal landmarks and historical figures.
