Come and join an enjoyable Sunday ride from Keilor Plains Railway Station to Footscray.
The Keilor Plains Railway station is on the Sunbury line with a train leaving Flinders St Station at 10.16 to arrive at Keilor Plains station at 10.50.
The ride will be approximately 30km and after a section of suburban riding will continue on the Maribyrnong river trail until Footscray station. There is one uphill section.
We will eat a BYO picnic lunch at the Tea Gardens (Google Maps) and stop for afternoon tea at the Boathouse cafe and Anglers Tavern (Google Maps)
The ride will conclude at Footscray railway station sometime in the late afternoon.
